Full Journal pdf2010-04-15 House Journal Page 2348 HJR 40 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2331) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES) Opposing the proposed designation by the National Marine Fisheries Service of 3,000 square miles of upper Cook Inlet, the mid-inlet, all of the inlet's western shores, and Kachemak Bay as critical habitat for beluga whales. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 40(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 40(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. 2010-04-15 House Journal Page 2349 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 40(RES)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHJR 40(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
